Tadawul technology operates within the financial sector in Libya as a technical service provide for the local banks as we are acting as a processer issuer, acquirer & local scheme.

Position: Implementation Engineer.
Location: Tripoli, Libya.
Reporting to: PMO
Working hours: Sunday – Thursday 09:00 – 17hr00.
Annual leave: 30 days / annum.
Contract: As per the Libyan law.
Tax & Social security: As per the Libyan law.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Define test strategies, test plan, test phases, test environments and test responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain end to end test plans based on test cases from separate modules.
• Automation of end to end test cases covering frontend and backend applications.
• Working in the project management team, you will be the single point of contact towards the customer for all test related activities, including negotiating the issue criticality, defining and tracking the issue re-solution.
• You will be responsible to analyze issues (both internal or reported by the customer) and deduce the core problems
• You will consult on a regular basis with project managers & and business analysts & Head of department to agree on the best approach to test a specific product or find resolution to issues.
• Hold regular trainings on test automation, tools and framework for other colleagues within the testing team in order to enhance their automation skills and bring up the expertise level within the team.
• Complete the UAT (User Acceptance testing) within the within the Schedule time set for this UAT.
• Work closely with other areas including product development, systems, outcomes research, claims, and sales to ensure customer needs are met while meeting internal objectives.
• To Monitor every step of the implementation process and project progress.
• To develop and monitor project implementation plan in accordance with (cost, time & contract agreement to meet customer expectation.
• To fulfill other tasks that may from time to time be required to be performed by the head of department.

Qualification & Key Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
3 years of experience in Card transaction processing.
Good communication and enforcement acting skills.
English language, good speaking & writing.
Enthusiasm for software and the payment industry.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously.
Possess good project administration skills.
Analytical & ability to solve problems.
Ability to travel inside & outside Libya.
Time Management Skills.
Very good with MS office.
Willing to work with a team.
Willing to work under pressure.
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
