DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1- Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining
Up-stream and utilities field service engineers; communicating job expectations; maintenance planning of preventive and corrective for Kronse ( )and
utilities ( ), Kronse and utilities ( ) machines monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and
procedures of Kronse.
2- Meets maintenance operational of Kronse standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing
production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
3- Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing
4- Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and
testing systems and equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
5- Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and
implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
6- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following of Kronse standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
7- Updates job knowledge by following of Kronse technical modifications and developments.
8- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 years’ experience in Kronse or upstream process and utilities maintenance and management.
Bachelor of Engineering or technology/ Higher Diploma in which of Manufacturing Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics/ Instrumentation and control/ Mechanical Engineering.
1- Maintenance and scheduling management skills.
2- English language level minimum B2.
3- Technical Understanding and skills.
4- Teamwork and skilled communication.
5- Team leading task distribution.
6- PLC SIEMENSE S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 programming, installation and troubleshooting.
7- Supervision Staff, Customer Service Strategic Planning, Developing Budgets, Electronics Troubleshooting, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Equipment Maintenance, Teamwork.
