THE POSITION:
Maintenance manager is responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to
produce Juice and milk run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns
of mechanical, electrical equipment including hardware and software devices, Upstream, utilities, filling and packing directors, filed service
engineers, welders and spare parts directors store keepers, spare parts orders management, budgetary and cost reporting.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1- Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment machines and utilities.
2- Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
3- Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving key performance indicators to ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
4- Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the department.
5- Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
6- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with production, Quality, planning managers; identifying problems and requirements.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 5 years’ experience in maintenance management.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Engineering/Higher Diploma in which of Manufacturing Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics/ Instrumentation and control/ Mechanical Engineering.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1- Maintenance management skills, project and scheduling management skills.
2- English language level minimum B2.
3- Technical Understanding.
4- Teamwork and skilled communication.
