DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1- Orders, receives, inspects and store electrical, electronics, mechanical spare parts used in the trouble shooting and maintenance of SIG Combibloc, Murer, Gyssel, veioJet, Kronse, utilities companies.
2- Coordinates orders and delivery dates with vendors and makes corrections as needed.
3- Picks up, receive spare parts, equipment’s, tools, devices from suppliers.
4- Keeps stores cost allocations and compares delivery slips with purchase orders to verify and ensure appropriate transactions.
5- Follow up spare parts catalogues for electrical, electronic and mechanical parts to up-date knowledge.
6- Arrange spare parts consumption reports and send weekly to maintenance manager.
7- keep the store clean and tight.
8- make store inventory and update stoke list.
9- Follow up all spare parts orders with vendors and confirm reception and repot accordingly if any parts are missing
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
0/2 years experience of store keeping
Higher/ Medium diploma of warehouse management/ general management
1- English language level minimum A2.
2- Good communication skills.
3- Numeracy and an understanding of inventory methods.
4- Basic Knowledge of operating a warehouse
