Medical Sales Specialist


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of medical equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. With a background in the medical field, the Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers in the medical industry.
2. Actively approach and engage prospective clients to showcase our medical equipment offerings and explain their benefits.
3. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, their applications, and technical specifications to address customer queries effectively.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
6. Provide accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to the management.
7. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and explore business opportunities.
8. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements to remain competitive in the market.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales strategies.

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of successful medical equipment sales, meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Strong understanding of medical equipment and their applications, with a medical background.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and goal-driven behavior.
5. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
6. Flexible with working hours and able to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to meet with clients.
8. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals effectively.
9. Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
10. High level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
