We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on visa applications, ensuring that they meet all requirements and that their applications are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

– Provide accurate and timely advice to clients on visa requirements for various countries.
– Assist clients in completing visa application forms and ensure that they are filled out correctly.
– Gather all necessary documentation from clients for visa applications.
– Submit visa applications on behalf of clients and monitor their progress.
– Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications and any changes in visa regulations.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
– Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the visa application process.
– Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns in a professional manner.

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
– Knowledge of immigration laws and visa regulations is a plus.
