Fulfillment Staff Member
Summary:
The Fulfillment Staff Member is responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping orders in a timely and accurate manner. They will work with a team of other fulfillment staff members to ensure that all orders are processed correctly and that customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming orders
Pick and pack orders for shipping
Label and ship orders
Communicate with customers about order status
Maintain inventory levels
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
