Eni North Africa B.V. Tripoli Office is currently announcing a recruitment advertisement for the position:
HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND REPORTING
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Organization, implementation and follow up the Health Management System in Eni North Africa
- To ensure and coordinate occupational medicine, industrial hygiene activities, in compliance with applicable Health Management system and processes.
- To provide medical and health care support for the organizational management of the health facilities, ensuring that knowledge and expertise are systematized and updated, in accordance with the applicable regulated laws and processes.
- To ensure the performance of health assistance and management operational activities of emergencies and health crises and the analysis of context and identification of risks related to health protection in living environments, in accordance with internal processes. In compliance with Health Management system and processes
- To ensure that the health assistance services and responses to emergencies and health crises are delivered, contributing to maintaining quality in the services, performance and health infrastructure, in compliance with applicable regulatory documents and processes.
- To design, implement reporting system for all aspects of health within Eni North Africa and measure performance.
- To organize, running and monitoring of health promotion programs for the company, as per the outcome of health surveillance and taking in consideration country specific epidemiology
- Participate in strategic Company objectives and policies, e.g. Health Impact Assessment, Sustainable Health Projects, Medical Fitness to work standards, Health Surveillance, Product Stewardship, Health Risk Assessments, and Ergonomics
- Providing demonstrable added value to Company activities by raising standards for health
- To be able to support on Community Health projects in terms of design, planning, implementation and follow up, as per Eni’s guidelines
- To act in compliance with code of ethics, SOA and model 231
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
- To comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation of the Country, to comply with the different HSE Policies of Eni North Africa by applying the HSE requirements of the Management System Guideline HSE and our HSE Integrated Management System. Report and encourage the reporting of any unsafe condition, unsafe act, near-miss of accident related to HSE. To ensure that your colleagues and your subordinates adopt the right HSE behaviour.
THE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS ARE:
- Internationally recognized medical degree meeting the requirements for a medical doctor (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of experience as a medical doctor
- The medical title has to be registered in Libya allow to practice the medical profession. (mandatory)
- Certification and registration in Occupational medicine & Public health & Emergency speciality (EU/US level or equivalent). With at least 3 years post certification experience – desirable. (desirable)
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry (Desirable).
- Experience in clinic management (Desirable)
- At least 3 years as a medical coordinator in an industrial setting, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. (desirable)
- Professional level of Arabic and English languages writing and speaking. (mandatory)
- Availability to travel to all project locations. (mandatory)
- IT Literacy: MS Windows, MS Office suite
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
SUGGESTED TRAINING:
- Technical Auditing course.
- Health Risk Assessment course.
- ATLS and ACLS training.
