Job Title: Junior IT Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior IT Engineer to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for technical support and IT-related tasks at our client’s offices in
Tripoli, or our offices. The ideal candidate will be learning driven, adaptable and quick on his feet. He will be responsible for handling all IT-related tasks, including but not limited to
managing Point of Sale (POS) systems, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, maintaining the network infrastructure, and ensuring that all IT systems are up and
running. In addition to these responsibilities, the Junior IT Engineer will also work on getting on board on ERP systems and other solutions we provide.
Responsibilities:
● Learn, Learn, Learn, Develop Understanding, Administer Adapt and implement.
● Maintain network infrastructure and ensure that all IT systems are up and running.
● Manage and maintain IT related Hardware.
● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
● Install and configure computer hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
● Act as the first line technical support for clients.
● Provide technical support to the employees of our clients.
● Work on getting on board with different softwares and solutions specially business solutions such as ERP, Customer Service Apps.
● Assist in creating different IT policies.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
Soft Skills and Background Requirements:
● Very strong research skills, or the display of eagerness to learn.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

● Experience in a similar role can be helpful but not mandatory.
● Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
● Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
● Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy

● All accepted recruits will work for a probation period of 1-2 Months and then be contracted based on performance.
● The salary range for this position will depend on the candidate’s Interview Impression and then the performance review.
