Job title: Medical director STACO health office
Location: Hay Alandalus, Tripoli, Libya
Working hours: 09:00 am – 03:30 pm, Sun-Thu

STACO background: STACO is a non-governmental, non-profitable and independent organization that is focused on the charity work and development of societies, whereas it works in sustained development, helping low income individuals, rendering aids in cases of emergencies to the personals who are affected by conflicts without discrimination or prejudice.
Job description and main responsibility:
1-coordinate, technical monitoring of the medical activities of the health office, according to STACO protocols.
2- Ensure smooth running of health programs, while providing technical supervision, and technical support to health programs activities.
3-. Oversee the collection and timely reporting of data and statistics for all health programs (including objectives, indicators and outcomes of health programs) according to internal and donor requirements.
4-In close collaboration with the project coordinator, participate in the planning of the budget for the project and in the follow up of the project medical activity.
5-Work with other projects coordinators within the health office in planning for future health programs.
6 -Provide technical supervision during proposal development and technical review.
7-Represent the STACO’s health office to international and national health Sector Group as well as other health coordination meetings.
8-Monitor staff performance and professional development plans and determine the training needs of the medical staff.
9-maintain programs progress through communication with projects coordinators, Logistics Staff and Finance team.
10-other duties to be assigned in accordance to the higher administration request.
Qualifications and skills:
1-English proficiency speaking, reading and writing.
2-previous experience in working with nongovernmental organization will be an asset.
3-preferable to hold degree as medical doctor with a background of public health sector.
4-creativity and ability to work under pressure and be able to handle multiple priorities and multiple tasks.
5-ability to possess essential leadership skills, such communication and creativity…..etc
6-computer skills, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
