Job summary /Purpose:

The medical doctor will provide primary healthcare service to beneficiaries according to the most adopted and updated medical standard, according to the need with occasional possibility to work 7 days per week.

Task and responsibility:

1-Crarry out the process of diagnosis, medical consultation, and providing necessary treatment for patients in accordance with national and international standards.
2 -Ensure proper patients records and information are kept and proper follow up.
3-Monitor and control the rational distribution of medicine in coordination with other health staff of the facility.
3-Provide regular daily and monthly data collection report on the service development, including epidemiology data, patients related illnesses, morbidity.
4-participation in training of nurses in order to improve the quality of care.
5-perform other relevant task
Position report to: health officer coordinator

Qualifications:

1-Bachleor degree of medicine and surgery, and medical license of practice from Doctors Syndicate.
2-Minimum two years of experience working as medical doctor in previous private or public sector.
3-Good understanding of the principles of the levels of the health care services, diagnostic procedures, Libyan health systems, and medical case definitions.
4-capcacity of very good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.
5-Basic essential skills in Microsoft word -excel.
6-Ablity to be an effective player with public health oriented interest.
