Presto Eat is a food and groceries delivery company that enables customers to order food and their daily grocery needs via our application from over 500 restaurants, cafes, and over 13 of our dark stores in Tripoli. Also enables suppliers to deliver orders to their customers.

Job Description:

At Presto Eat, marketing is about understanding people — and building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and talented marketing manager who is desired to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Objectives of this Role:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategies
  • Measure the success of every marketing channel campaign
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Communicate with the customers through social media, take their suggestions, listen to their complaints, and transfer them to the company’s specialists
  • Reports to the direct manager
  • Provide constructive feedback

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a marketing manager
  • Work under pressure and quickly carry out the tasks entrusted to the direct manager and the rest of the department heads
  • Excellent ability to communicate and work within a team and provide the necessary leadership skills to unleash the latent energies of employees, whether creative or practical
  • Flexibility, the ability to carry out the tasks assigned by the direct manager outside the company in a manner that does not conflict with working hours
  • The ability to establish quick links with employees and department managers, as required by the business interest
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • knowledgeable of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft office, photoshop, illustrator
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Established press and media contacts

 

Job details :

working shift: Saturday to Thursday  09:00 to 16:00

Salary : 2000-3000 LYD
