Office Assistant / Assistant to General Manager - Muljin


Job Description

We are looking for an office assistant to help in the day to day tasks of our company. The role will deal with all aspects of running an office and the successful candidate will act as a general assistant to the general manager in all roles of running and operating the company.

The role requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • Replying to customer queries on calls, whatsapp and Facebook messages
  • Booking and collecting shipments to Libya from the UK, Singapore and other countries, both with local companies and international logistics companies.
  • Picking up shipments and packages from courier offices, airports and ports
  • Handling tasks required for office setup, such as finding builders for office improvements, internet providers and supplies among other things.
  • Keeping, handling and handing over inventory and stock
  • Handling all office tasks otherwise not mentioned here

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent Written arabic.
  2. Ability to speak, read and write English.
  3. Self starter, able to work independently with limited help.
  4. Ability to solve problems and navigate the work climate in Libya
  5. Work from our office in Masroa Al-Hudba
