Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for inputting, updating, maintenance, and quality control of information.
- Write Memos during meetings.
- Email and follow up on key issues and subjects.
- Respond to inquiries, correspondence, and requests for further work and information, both internally and externally.
- Undertake other clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English & Arabic
- Experience in data input and retrieval and experience of working within an administrative role.
- Demonstrates a methodical approach to work with the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize the workload, ability to check, collate, and analyze
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
