o Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with medical staff
o Answer or refer patient inquiries to appropriate staff
o Serve as interpreter (Arabic – English) if required
o Ensure the professional and timely delivery of all administrative services in-line with facility policies and procedures
o Administer and maintain all records, registers, and certificates
o Assist finance & admin staff with invoicing, if required
o Take direction from Administrative Officer to ensure quality administrative services are provided in the facility
o Maintain security and telecommunications system
o Participate positively as a member of an international team, ensuring the professional reputation of the company is maintained at all times
Requirements:
o Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
o Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a receptionist
o Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
o Good time management skills
o Ability to multitask effectively
o Good attention to detail
o Ability to abide by patient confidentiality requirements
o Effective communication skills in in English and Arabic
o Able to contribute positively as part of a team
