Field Manager (IRC206762)



We are currently recruiting for a Field Manager for our Abu-Attifel Field in Libya.


The Key responsibilities are:
Ensuring the safety, health and welfare of everyone on site as well as providing logistics support to drilling and workover operations and project activities.
Develop maintenance strategy with the support of maintenance superintendent to define preventive maintenance programs, corrective maintenance and spare parts ordering
Implementation of the maintenance and materials management system and spare parts codification.
Regular reporting of activities
Employment contract
Overseas Temporary, rotation 28/28
Skills
Significant Oil & Gas experience.
Develop maintenance strategy and support maintenance superintendent.
Supervise execution of plant facilities moderation and installation
Plan and execute field shut downs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. Petroleum, industrial, mechanical) or degree in industrial chemistry.
Experience in a similar role or working as a Superintendent for some time
Experience following the maintenance and or operations in a large exploration and production company either in offshore or onshore field
