As a Field Services and Maintenance, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You’ll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our offshore customers. In this dynamic role, you’ll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.

As a Field Services and Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

• Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth
• Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Conducting  all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
• scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
• Ensuring  invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Have minimum 10 Years in OFS Upstream Chemicals in Libya                                                                                                                                                     
• Demonstrate your experience of working well in a high-pressure workshop/offshore environment                                                                                                          
• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
• Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Have experience working with multiple internal teams to execute logistics to meet customer requirements
• Enjoy travelling to customer locations and being flexible to customer demands
