Engineers and car technicians - جديد الأمة هيونداي ليبيا
Mission: – Ensure customer satisfaction – Perform high-quality maintenance and repair work on all mechanical units and body parts in order to render them compliant with the manufacturer’s specifications Activities: Undertake work – Take charge of the vehicle – Put vehicle-protection equipment in place (unless this has already been done) – Under the responsibility of the Workshop Foreman, draw up the supplies-release slips for parts to be changed, and the picking slips. Give these to the Spare-Parts department – Prepare for work (tools and equipment) – Master the various repair techniques and use documentation where necessary – Perform the Hyundai Checks and complete the sheet – Perform the requested work in accordance with the work order – Ensure that all units concerned by parts changed or removed during the operation are in correct working order – Detect any additional work required and any non-compliance. Notify the Workshop Foreman of these points quickly and record them in the work order – Inform the Workshop Foreman of any incident which is liable to delay delivery – Sort waste in accordance with current regulations Apply the procedures – Comply with instructions and with the operation time set by the Workshop Foreman – Apply the manufacturer’s directives and safety rules – Look for information in the available documentation (technical data sheets, repair booklets and supplier data) – Master the workshop equipment and diagnostic equipment – Comply with the analysis procedures for labour and for outgoing supplies and parts Learn – If necessary, ask the Technical Adviser or the Workshop Foreman for help – Participate in the training meetings organised by the Technical Adviser – Participate in the training and self-training courses Complete the work – Taking account of the test results, ensure that the work performed is efficient and of a high quality – Show initiative by performing small operations not requested by the customer (e.g.: a creaking hinge) – Ensure that the vehicle is prepared appropriately (cleanliness, equipment and accessories reset, and parts returned if so requested) – Clean and tidy the work area and any individual or collective tools used Competencies: Neither requisite knowledge and experience nor additional specialist training are specified, since these need to be adapted to suit your local circumstances.
