Position: Project Engineer ( Instrumentation & control system)

Reported to: project Manager

Job description:

– Working closely with Project Manager (work within the assigned
technical scope, budget, and schedule, travel to jobsites to review scope,
gather field data, participate in major project meetings, commission the
control system, and support start-up).

– Knowledge and Understanding of the Electronic, Pneumatics
Instrumentation and field devices (Level, Temperature, Pressure and Flow)
and experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and calibration.

– Knowledge and understanding Design Philosophies, Single Line
Diagrams, Hazards Area Classification, Motor Control, Substations Electrical
Equipments, Fire & Gas Systems.

– Knowledge and understanding of different automation systems
PLC,DCS,ESD.

– Understanding the Instrumentation & Electrical design specification
and drawings, and the project requirements.

– Conducting the site survey visits to understand\verify the existing
plant and to collect any additional Client requirements.

– Will be responsible for gathering field data, both instrumentation &
electrical, while demonstrating technical knowledge of the products and
services we deploy at the customer sites.

– Responsible for designing, commissioning, and starting up
Instrumentation & Electrical field devices and activities.

– Provide engineering services and project execution covering
electrical & instrumentation scope through all project phases (preparation
of P&ID drawings, I\O List, Instrument List, Instrument Datasheet,
Instrument Cable schedule, Instrument Hook-up Diagrams, Junction Box
Termination Drawings).

Experience Required:

+10 years experience in the Oil & Gas Sector \ EPC projects, covering
Electrical & Instrumentation design and construction activities.

Qualification Required:

Degree in Electrical \ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
