Responsibilities
§ Account director/manager for Key accounts (up to 3 accounts)
§ Contacting & meeting important leads
§ Create, implement and deliver all the company presentations (internal and external) or by delegating the due to other teams
§ Plan, execute and report on advertising/tactical campaign
§ Plan and execute customer, market and competitor research.
§ Conduct market/customer surveys and develop/implement remedial measures.
§ Customer relationship management
§ Responsible for reviewing money transfer system documentation for completeness and accuracy.
§ Ensuring all transfer system policy has been properly authorized.
§ Responsibilities include working with other departments to authenticate money transfer with the originator. Closely monitoring all money transfer for potential fraud. Follow Banking policies and procedures regarding Risk analysis of money transfer received through the Remote queue (Browser, Online platforms).
§ Money transfers are processed within the established SLA following the banking procedures and controls.
§Responsibility includes flexible working schedules to meet the company goals and daily business requirements.
§Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities.
§Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by your supervisor.
§Responsibilities include preparing and submitting AML (Anti-Money Laundering) certification to compliance department.
§Adhering to and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act etc.).
§Perform duties and responsibilities specific to department functions and activities.
§Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor.
§ Knowledge of (RTGS-ACH-ACP-ATM/POS- SWIFT)
§Ensure safety and security of data and assign different view and edit rights to different parties.
§Deliver systems as per IT Strategy and revised business priorities.
Skills:
· Very detailed oriented.
· Able to work under pressure and tight time constraints.
· Strong verbal written communication skills.
· Able to work efficiently independently and in a team environment.
· Team player.
· Strong organization and prioritization skills
· Must be familiar with a variety of marketing techniques and venues.
· Understanding media production methods and techniques media essay, including video, audio, and online multimedia production
Customer service skills are mandatory.
Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
§ Proven track record of success in marketing roles.
§ Proven marketing campaign experience.
§ Digital media knowledge and social media marketing experience.
§ Valid Driving License
