Our Outstanding Opportunity

We are looking for a local Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate, and support technical topics, commercial commitments, and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Implementation manager will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Sites, clusters, nodes, etc. In this role, you will ensure work is executed within the project requirements.

You will

• You will support project manager in organize and coordinate rollouts
• Manage and coordinates with ASPs to rollout activities
• Manage and coordinates Integration teams for rollout activities
• Participating in regular customer project meetings to secure customer expectations
• Reducing cost and improving efficiency
• Handle work orders
• Secure planning and follow up of quality assurances
• Report regularly to project manager the progress and escalate the showstoppers

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) and
• 3-5 years’ experience of deploying Network Rollout projects (NRO)
• Domain experience: RAN and MBH
• You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills
• Coping with pressures and setbacks
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations
• Planning and organizational skills for large projects
• fluent in English and Arabic languages

Additional Requirements:

• located in Tripoli Libya is preferred
