Credit card account support - Jubilee Companies


Job Description

The card account support position is primarily a marketing and customer support role. They perform various functions in promoting the sales of a brand’s credit card, as well as providing necessary customer support, including providing information, advocating for client needs, and resolving complaints from card usage experience.

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities that make up the credit card sales representative job description are listed below:

  • Maintain the Credit Card Software, order new plastics, maintenance accounts as needed.
  • Handle the daily settlement reports as well as process payments and adjustments.
  • Manage the collection of delinquent Visa Credit Card accounts communicating verbally, as well as written correspondence.
  • Administer the monthly reissue of plastics, reviewing eligible accounts, and corresponding with customers.
  • Respond to all incoming calls concerning Cards whether from bank employees or external customers.
  • Support Bank employees with Visa credit card orders, card transactions, and other general questions.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or equivalent in the bank or financial studies.
  2. Excellent computer skills.
  3. Communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
  5. Previous banking experience
