Title: Center officer
Job location: Zwara, Libya
The project “Enhancing the resilience of vulnerable girls, boys and their caregivers in West Libya through access to quality education and child protection services”, funded by UNICEF, intends to promote a favorable protection environment for girls and boys affected by the crisis in Western Libya through protection monitoring, provision of psychosocial assistance, child protection services and safe learning environment.

Cesvi Baity Centers
CSOs in the surrounding areas
Nearby public/private schools
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of Field Coordinator, ensure a correct management of the project human resourses, logistic and administrative needs;
- Ensure a strong coordination and follow the guidelines delivered by the responsible of Tripoli’s program teams: Child protection supervisor, Education supervisor, Community based Supervisor
- Responsible for performance management of the volunteers (outreach CM and teachers).
- In consultation with the Field Coordinator, child protection, education supervisor, Community based Supervisor, ensure proper training and initiation of capacity building activities for project staff and volunteers
- Represent CESVI in a professional manner in meetings and ensure good cooperation with local partners and other relevant actors;
- Fulfil any other duties relating to nature of the job as may be requested by the Supervisors and any other relevant staff for the best development of Cesvi activities.
- Prepare cash allowance; daily TA (transportation allowance), Cash-based Assistance. Preparing cashbook and following up with admin team for (closure/request) TA’s and CBA’s.
- Prepare PAF (payment authorization form) for community mobilizers.
Program team tasks:
- Child protection team: psychosocial support, child protection case management, awareness sessions
- Education team: non formal education classes, teacher training
- Meal team: data collection and analysis
Duty station: Zwara
Responsible to: He/She will report directly to report to Field Coordinator in Tripoli
