Sales Manager - Ethar Oil Services EOS


Ethar Oil Services EOS   is a Libyan private company. The activities of EOS are to provide the national and international companies that work in Libya, with oil and gas services and solutions including but not limited to maintenance and rehabilitation services, insulation, painting, welding and fire proofing works, valve/pressure gauges, inspection etc.
We are seeking to recruit Sales Manager who is able to manage organizational sales and develop sustainable business.

Main tasks, duties, and responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Plan to ensure achievement of high quality and cost-effective services.
  • Establishing dealership/partnership with foreign pinch mark service providers.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Submit orders as per customers’ requirements ensuring that best deal is achieved.
  • persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
  • Establish new services accounts by identifying potential customers.
  • Planning and executing technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
  • Gathering information and keeping records of sales and marketing as required.
  • Prepare sales engineering reports that track the activities and performance of the sales department.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in petroleum engineering or BA/BS in business or marketing/communications.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in oil and gas field.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Good leadership quality.
  • Good English language (written and spoken)
