Personal Assistant to CEO - Septimius Security


Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the CEO in his daily activities.
Responsible for the inputting, updating, maintenance, and quality control of information.
Write Memos during meetings.
Email and follow up on key issues and subjects.
Respond to inquiries, correspondence, and requests for further work and information, both internally and externally.
Undertake other clerical and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:
Excellent English & Arabic.
Experience in data input and retrieval and experience of working within an administrative role.
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrates a methodical approach to work with the ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize the workload, ability to check, collate, and analyze.
Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
