IT HelpDesk Support - Alfozcie


Responsibilities:
1-Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction
2-Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Coordinator, and Network Administrator
3-Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
4-Document internal procedures
5-Assist with onboarding of new users, advise user on appropriate action
6-Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
7-Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
8-Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
9-Report all issues to ICT Manager
10-Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
11-Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
12-Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

Basic Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer science, or related field,
working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
knowledge and experience of customer service practices
related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support
