EXPERIENCE
- Over 4 years of experience in engineering and construction activities
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:
- General experience in design of Upstream facilities.
- Construction, site testing, commissioning and start-up of Upstream facilities.
- General knowledge on site studies and surveys to input project activities.
- Knowledge of construction practices and specifications
- Knowledge on industry applicable standards and codes.
- General knowledge on oil, water and gas handling facilities and processes from wells to custody transferring, including gathering systems, hydrocarbon.
- handling and processing, storage, transport, operations and maintenance.
- knowledge on HSE, quality, petroleum business, project management and information management.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Degree/Diploma: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Chemical Eng.
- Education Level: Engineering Degree or higher.
- Languages: fluent in English.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Duty:
- Plan, manage, supervise and control the progress, quality and costs of the project’s construction phase, in accordance with the contract and applicable construction and HSE standards, specifications and regulations, in order to achieve the planned construction scope on time and within budget, acc Tasks:
- Pursue that the contractor complies with the Contract terms related to the construction/erection execution omplishing projects objectives
- Ensure the quality of the proposals for project award, plans and documentation.
- Pursue the application of engineering, construction and HSE standards, specifications and regulations during construction phase, guaranteeing the application of lessons learned and good practices.
- Establish the specific operating procedures and instructions not covered by the project that may be required by the site construction team.
- Lead and coordinate the site team that verifies the satisfactory execution of the construction works and control the activities progress ensuring compliance with the project planning and schedule.
- Manage the application of QA/QC plan on site.
- Participate as required in the interfaces between engineering disciplines, project services, HSE, vendors and contractors.
- Keep technical documents and procedures up to date on site and prepare construction progress reports. Proposed corrective actions as and when required.
- Supervise and control the activities of recommissioning, commissioning, start up and performance guarantee tests.
- Prepare the necessary information, procedures and hand over documents for transferring the installation to Production Operations.
- Supervise the Management of Change process.
- Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, MAH, Risk Analyses and Incidents Investigation
