Social Media Expert - American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI)

ABA ROLI is recruiting a social media expert with strong background in social media communications and administrating sponsored pages in social media (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).

Deliverables:

                      The contractor will:

·      Administrate social media pages including on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring     that the boosted posts reach out target audiences.  

·      Develop posts in English and Arabic and draft all content-related materials on the social media pages.

·      Monitor and animate online discussions, respond to followers’ questions and comments.

·      Ensure the respect of an online code of conduct with all followers.

·    Provide continuing technical advice to develop and enhance the online impact of the pages  for the Libyan audience, especially targeting youth.                                          

·      Regularly report to ABA ROLI on the social media developments and impact and provide    monthly insights for public outreach tracking. 

Profile:

·      Excellent knowledge of the Libyan social media landscape

·      At least 2 years of experience working in media content development, with a focus on social media

·      Fluency in English and Arabic
