Planning and execution programmed inspection related to all stores, according to the approved checklist , and recording all defects and areas where maintenance is required

Supervise electrical maintenance and repair of building electrical systems including motors, pumps, disconnects, motors starters, breakers, controls and related areas , according to the maintenance requests and maintenance programs

Assists in the selection, recommendation, and purchase of selected items used in the facility maintenance, repair or store facilities.

Ensure that premises and assets are kept in good conditions.

Ensure the Company meets its obligations with regard to safety and security of all employees.

Plan and organize the maintenance activities and labour, and supervises their execution.

Ensure that any work carried out by the company’s contractors are in concurrence with the issued contracts.

Contribute on the determination on all assets for junking or renewing operations, recommend estimate costs.

To make sure that the physical environment of a building is in adequate condition.

Maintenance planning – regular inspection and accidentally.
