Job Description

Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

Manage Receiving activity to ensure on time delivery.

Continually contact with retail department for smooth supply.

Manage inventory processing, to ensure product availability for timely customer shipments and ensure compliance with the organization’s lead time goals.

Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.

Create Manage solutions for inventory capacity problems.

Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

Responsible for warehouse and auto expenses control.

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

Establish targets, objects, and goals throughout the warehouse and operations.

Create and maintain an environment of continual improvement that supports company objects.

Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

Ensure operational objectives and process in the physical distribution and being followed.

Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

Prepare annual budget, control of WH expenses.

Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.

Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.

Control of transportation system and keep updates regarding security and safety. issues for delivery.

Know about latest technology and system.

Deal with client and supplier in smooth way.

Work under pressure to complete tasks.

Prepare reports and plan for finalized the shipments.

Work as a team for delivery and receiving process.These qualifications include:

Work experience – 4 year in the same field.

Management experience of leading and managing a team.

PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office.

Good communicator and able to liaise at all levels.

Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressured environment to tight deadlines.
