Position description:
CONTANGO Oil & Gas Services Now seeking for Field Services Engineer ( Valves Specialist) has the primary responsibility for all maintenance & operation planning activities for valves repair. Inspect and overhaul.
Hierarchy:
Reports to Maintenance SPT/ Project manager
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out repair, overhaul and testing activities on various valve types.
- Communicating timely updates to co-workers and management.
- Make the PRs and communication with manufactures.
- Working closely with co-workers and management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Attendance and participation in regular Progress and Kick-Off Meetings.
- Completing documentation / QA Cards associated with repair scopes and testing.
- Ensuring compliance to documented procedures and customer specifications.
- Travelling to customer locations to carry out field service work
Minimum Qualification
- Completion of Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 Years of progressively experience
- Computer proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to gather, compile and analyse data.
- Ability to present information both orally and in writing to site or senior management.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with associates and fellow employees.
- Skills in reviewing a development plan including the ability to measure and dimension plans using an engineering scale.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
