Project Background
Suroor Almostakbal for telecommunication & information technology SMT,we are Pioneering in the telecommunication and IT sector. Established in 2020 by a team of highly experienced engineers specialized in providing, building & maintaining telecommunication infrastructure.
SMT is the fruitful result of combining engineering expertise under one vision aims to develop & modernise the telecommunication sector and achieve an efficient & sustainable community development through providing quality services to support the advancement of the telecommunication infrastructure and enable the expansion of the telecommunication coverage and provide the highest quality of services that contributes to providing the most suitable socioeconomic environment that facilitates and eases work communication locally and internationally .

Position profile
The Finance Manager will allocate the financial resources of a company, and he will be responsible for the budget planning, and supports the management and managing day to day financial work.

Reporting
General Manager

Tasks

  • Opining Bank account depositing and redrawing
  • Manage  Treasury
  • Follow up on payments
  • Executing monthly payroll for all staff
  • Managing in and out in the bank accounts
  • Managing monthly reconciliations
  • Managing Finical year reconciliation
  • Manage office Petty cash and reconciliation related
  • Maintain finance fling organized and up to date
  • Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
  • Preparing Payroll for all staff.
  • Maintain financial records and fixed assets
  • Account for expenses and other transactions
  • Manage banking, payments, and cash flows in consultation with the GM
  • Prepare regular and monthly financial reports for GM
  • Obtain quotes and purchasing/renting equipment, materials services and space for the office and programs
  •  Inform GM on financial accounting issues of concern/problems
  • Preparing budgeting and Support the GM in the drafting of contracts and other financial related documentation and ensuring compliance with company’s regulations
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • A total of Four years of experience working in the field of accountant and one year minimum in the position of finance manager
  • An analytical mind Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to stick to time constraints Flexibility, result oriented, and the ability to maintain a rapid and demanding pace of work are required.
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including MS Word and Excel.
  • Fluency in both in spoken and written Arabic and English is required.
