Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, it acts and testifies, to meet their basic needs, to improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights. CONTEXT HI opened its projects in Libya in 2011. Due to the conflict and the instability of the country, the collapse of health services has considerably reduced assistance to the most vulnerable, especially the disabled. HI is currently implementing a humanitarian program from the operational bases in Tripoli, Misrata and Benghazi. For security reasons, HI’s mission in Libya is managed remotely from Tunisia RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility: Project Management Objective: To ensure the the project activities implemented according the project work plan and timeframe Benchmarks: Reporting, monitoring of the activities, compiling data, project implementation Activities Responsibility: Monitoring Objective: To provide monitoring follow up for the project activities and unisng HI tools and methodologies . Benchmarks: Creation of tools, quality assurance, monitoring visits, reporting, filling databases Activities Responsibility: Team Management and \Human resources Objective: To manage the project team on daily bases according to the project work plan and HI internal procedures Benchmarks: recruitment, regular meetings, team management and follow up on daily basis Activities: Responsibility: Logistics Objective: To manage all logistics requests needed for the project with regular follow up Benchmarks: PSRs follow up, staff movement plan, staff stationary, organisation of trainings Activities: Responsibility: Management of referrals cases mapping Objective: To support the PM in referrals Management and updating referrals database regularly Benchmarks: referrals follow up; update the referral database, feedbackof external referrals , Activities: Responsibility: Reporting and Analysis Objective: To be able to provide regular reports to the PM Benchmarks: weekly reports, data analysis, Minutes of meeting, liaison with data base operators Activities: Responsibility: External Presentation Objective: To be able to present HI in any external meeting Benchmarks: coordination, communication, meetings, representation Activities: Responsibility: Translation Objective: To ensure translation of any material or document translated properly Benchmarks: documents translation , oral translation Activitie Collage degree .Business Admiration – civil society- Public relation Previous experience working with civil socity Weekly hours: 40 Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 08.30 to 16.30 including one hour lunch break (13.00 to 14.00) APPLICATION Please send your CV and cover letter by email, with the subject reference “ PO-TRIP-2020 ” to: recruitment-tripoli@Libya.hi.org Application closing date is 16 July 2020.
Mission: Working under the overall responsibility of the Head of Mission, and directly under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Officer will provide key support to the Project Manager in the roll-out and implementation of project activities.
