Employment Position for Receptionist
Almaraj Company for Oil and Gas Services Ltd., would like to employee an Office receptionist with the following guidelines:
Goals of the position:
Undertaking the office duties which also includes receiving the company’s visitors with the good presentation while protecting the company secrets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving phone calls, mail, and emails and forwarding them to the concerned departments within the company.
- Writing/reading emails.
- Receiving visitors and directing them as is required.
- Ability in answering the general questions and concerns by phone from the different clients
- Preparing stationery and mail necessities for the company.
- Preparing the General managers meeting schedule
- Preparing the registries of the company
Educational requirement:
- Diploma in Secretarial Major
- High School Degree
Work Experience requirement:
- 2 years past secretarial experience
Languages and skills requirements:
- Possess high administrative skills
- Knowledge of working with fax, copy machine, etc…
- Knowledge with working with a computer
- Past experience in administrative work
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good command of English language
