Office Administrator - sigma business planing and execution


Sigma for business planning and execution is currently looking for a female Office Administrator. she will Ensures proper flow of office procedures, supports the office directors by carrying out common office duties, and Maintaining a positive and friendly company image.

Office administrator Responsibilities and duties:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
  • Handling phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and all related correspondence.
  • Create and present reports for senior managers.
  • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
  • Attends workshops, conferences and meetings when requested.
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office need.
  • Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.
  • Will be available at the office at the appointed working hours 9:30- 4:00.

Skills:

  • Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (good speaker)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
