– APPLYING COMPANY PROCESSES FOR STOCK RECEIVING AND TRANSFERS.
– EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE MANAGEMENT FOR STOCK TRANSFER IN & OUT AND BOTH GDN’S AND GRN’S ACCURACY.- THEFT CONTROL TO RECUDE SHRINKAGE AND ACHIEVE SHRINKAGE TARGETS (ENSURE ALL STOCK IS BEING ALARMED AT ALL TIMES AND ALARM ANTENAS ARE ALWAYS WORKING + CCTV)
• PREPARE BYWEEKLY VM PRESENTATION FOR EACH STORE AND SHARE WITH BM/ROS.
• APPLY HR POLICIES AND PROSEDURES AND ENSURE COMPANY POLICIES ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED.
