Sales Officer - sigma business planing and execution


We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Prepare product/service reports by collecting and analyzing customers information, feedback, needs and pain.
  • Prepare daily sales reports to department manager.
  • Contact customers, whenever requested by other departments, to inform them about certain issues related to their accounts or to special promotions, or to request certain information or documents for verification purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with Company standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to Operations, and handle related changes.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.

Skills and requirements:

  • The ability to do basic math.
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Good time management skills.
