4) Support program director in developing and implementing business policies of the foundation with respect to logistics management.
5) Carry out all procurement duties in accordance with the rules and regulations of the organization or what the donor or partner approves in an effective and organized manner.
6) Prepare a mechanism to collect information on the sources of any equipment needed by the foundation and addresses of suppliers on demand.
7) To do everything with regard to the customs procedures of equipment or imported merchandises.
8) Make an inventory of the stock and make sure compatibility for all equipment.
9) Ensure that the main inventory list is updated periodically.
10) Develop mechanism of delivery, supply and storage for all materials concerning the foundation and in accordance with the requirements of the project.
11) Manage the fleet of the organization and arrange for repairs and maintenance schedule of all the fleet and mechanical assets as needed and the assets of the program.
12) Coordinate the movement of drivers, manage them and make sure that they follow the rules and regulations of the organization regarding movement and fleet management.
13) Keep all documents concerning logistic matters of the foundation appropriately and work on developing and securing them against damage or loss
14)Monitor and maintain all IT equipment and computer networks in the organization and carry out the necessary repairs and updates their programs, or coordinate with the competent technicians in case of inability to do it yourself.
