• Will respond to public enquiries and be Focal Point for Hotline Log including referrals of
cases to the relevant services;
• Greet/assist, and direct visitors and general public;
• Manage CESVI hotlines, answer all incoming calls and handle callers enquires whenever
possible;
• Provide secretarial support;
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings & conference telephone calls;
• Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system;
• Perform other related duties as required;
• Closely coordinate with CESVI staff and participate in meetings;
• Respect CESVI’s Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct for the
Confidentiality and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment.
• Assist in performing other tasks as requested by the CDC Manager and the Project Manager
Responsible to: S/he will report directly to the CDC Manager.Job Requirements

• At least 1-year experience with UN or Non-Governmental organizations is an asset.
• Experience in handling cases is an asset.
• Trainings in child protection and/or GBV minimum standards and gender mainstreaming
are an asset.
• Good understanding of Protection Principles and Case Management standards.
• Reasonable command of English.
• Good communication skills.
• Good computer skills especially Microsoft packages.
• Good organizational skills.
