Job Description
Specific tasks and responsibilities:
- Conducting appropriate Case Management for vulnerable women, men, girls and boys at risk/ GBV survivors, according to standard procedures;
- Contributing to the daily implementation of GBV case management, life skills and awareness activities;
- Carrying out collection of field data and supporting the Case Management Team Leader and the Child Protection/GBV Specialist in the analysis of data;
- Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of reports on the progress of GBV activities;
- Supporting other departments during activities planning and implementation (i.e. life-skills activities, awareness sessions);
- Observing and respecting GBV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Respecting Cesvi’s Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct for Confidentiality and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment;
- Participating in team meetings and trainings;
- Representing Cesvi in a professional manner in meetings and ensure effective cooperation with local partners and other relevant actors;
- Hand over his/her tasks with a proper and accurate handover report at the end of the contract;
- Fulfil any other additional task requested by the Case Management Team Leader and the Child Protection/GBV Specialist.
