Job Description

Development of strategies and goals to make sure Technology runs effectively / smoothly.
Manage IT Related Projects.
Always monitoring Updates/ Upgrades technology wise to keep the company developed.
Supervise the Networks/ computer systems.
Plan and direct the Implementation of new Store IT wise.
Provide Leadership to IT Staff.
Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
Troubleshoot System/Data Related issues with the team.
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring and upgrading security measures for the protection of company data, Database, System and networks.
Immediate troubleshooting of security and network problems
Always make sure that the company data and infrastructure are protected by appropriate security controls
Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities
Daily checking the Updates of Antivirus Software, and checking Firewall Ports and Protocols
Develop and implement automated security incident management plans and ensure that all plans meet the defined security requirements
Develop password policy for Workstations, Databases, and Emails.
Establishing the network environment by designing configuration, designing system installation and defining network system standards
Design and implement new solutions to improve resilience of the current network environment
Maximize network performance by monitoring and troubleshooting network problems
Document all data regarding network fault investigations in Local/Wide area networks.
Support and administrate firewall environments.
