HSE & QA / QC Engineer – Construction Job Description
HSE managers evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees. This involves assessing the nature of business activities, number of employees and existing policies. an HSE manager role, for instance, is to develops a policy that requires workers to report situations that present a risk and which they can’t properly deal with on their own. A good safety management policy provides for adequate medical treatment and compensation for workplace injuries, while assuring & ensuring that standers work practice according to approval method of statement takes place with itp،s in place.
–Responsibilities

Development and preparation of Project QA Program.
Responsible for the issuance implementation and control of Company’s Quality Manual and Operating procedures.
Sees to it that the company Quality Policy statement is properly disseminated understood and applied its implementations by among the project personnel.
Prepares Internal Quality Audit program for each calendar year and organize Audit team for its implementation at the project level.
Participate in Management review Meetings as the Management formal forum of discussions in presenting and seeking resolution/corrective actions to the reported and outstanding Non-compliance reports and customer complaints of the project.
Provides technical assistance to the Project task force in the preparation of the Project Quality Plan and its updating.
Provide technical assistance in organizing a suitable Project QA/QC.
Provide other technical assistance to the top management in preparation of other relevant project documents.
Provide technical assistance to in-house manpower training and development program.
Preparing and developing the project HSE plans and Risk assessments to control impacts and consequences.
audits and strategically direct HSE programs and management to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and a strong personality with ability to implement procedures and be prepared to roll out procedures at site offices.

-Requirements

A degree Graduate (construction and HSEQ related).
Professional HSE engineer with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry.
Must be able to execute, till Operation.
Strong knowledge of project environment
engineering coordination and design reviews.
Excellent communication skills in English.
– Attention to detail and focused orientated.
– Ability to lead by example and train / direct a team.
