ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – MISRATA - alnaseem

Responsibility

General Administrative tasks
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Being involved in decision-making processes.
Daily report all kind of issues to the Admin Manager
Check the presence of administrative documents in the office.
Ensure communication and information sharing in the office.
Monitor cleaning and office supplies inventory and place orders.
Another task as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

High Diploma ,diploma or degree in Management, administration or something of equal value is a must.
Good in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
Good computer operating skills (Excel + Word)-Strong communication skills.
Ability to priority own workload and work for extended hours.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills -Ability to work under strict deadlines -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Job Requirements
-Libyan
-Resident in Misrata
-have his/her own mean of transport (Work Location Misrata )
