Office Assistant - KAFAA DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION



Post Definition: Office Assistant
Company: Kafaa Development Foundation
Location: Tripoli Libya
Start Date:  as soon as possible
Working Hours: 08:00 am to 04:30 pm (Sunday to Thursday) 
Work Place: Nofleen-Tripoli
Salary: depending of experience.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities will include:

Perform Office Administration Activities (Call Answer, Letter preparation, Documentation & filing, Stationary management, office management) .
Perform all communication related to office management
Perform client contact and manage client database and updated.
Manage all logistic related to any projects.
Prepare and schedule meeting with clients and visitor.
Help with visa and ticket issuing as well as hotel booking.
Follow up with management activities
Supervision of office utilities

Requirements

Relevant degree of equivalent with sufficient experience with min 3 years.
Having experience in office management and assistance.
Sales and Marketing skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills- both enthusiastic and energetic
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
Project Management Skills
Excellent Organization skills
Self starter and team player
English Language ability (speaking & writing)
Computer skills (Microsoft Office including Project Management)
