Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to support Gas Turbine Overhauling and Control Retrofit,
Brief; The position provides engineering management support for Gas Turbine, Generator and Auxiliaries.
You will be responsible for the overall success of the Project based on factors such as being on budget, on time, with a product that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations. The Project Team and the various departments throughout the company are suppliers to the PM to help facilitate a successful project.

Expectation: The Client Service Project Manager is the first-line contact between a customer and/or sales account manager/field project manager. The position supports the customer service function by providing quotations and acting as a primary liaison for correspondence and communications with customers.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Familiar with rotating and/or reciprocating equipment repairs (gas turbines, Rotating Equipments)
Strong communications levels
Experience with managing project life cycle and cost
Must adapt to fast pace environment
Experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Outlook.
Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
Flexible to work extended hours during shutdown time frames which can include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree
Strong capability in project management.
Experience in quoting hrs. and resources for repair scopes
Familiarity and experience with rotating equipment (steam turbine, gas turbine, turbochargers, reciprocating compressors, valves and dry gas seals) repairs. Is preferred

Position Requirements:

Technical expertise in the Midstream Oil & Gas industry and Regulations
Experience with cost estimating, procurement, and Time line scheduling.
Manage progress of projects relative to plans, schedules and budgets.
Reviewing drawings, calculations and reports produced by others and supervising the project team members.
Coordinating activities for projects developing into continued work with established clients, as well as for expansion into work for new clients.

Project management and Turbine Overhaul and control system engineering. Strong project management skills, technical leadership, innovative thinking in the execution of Service and Maintenance Projects
In Lines:

Reviewing and maintaining customer specifications to project scope
Managing as-sold financial performance of projects
Managing internal schedules and resources
Provide direction and engineering support to project team
Mentor, instruct, and guide project personnel
Management of project deliverables
Manage in-house project and site installation schedules/activities and associated resources
Develop retrofit redline/whiteline and installation drawing packages
Interpret customer maintenance and/or repair specifications to technical personnel for repair and maintenance of equipment.
 Review contractual terms and conditions for service specifications.
Support Team personnel in execution of activity described in recommendations to insure delivery on time.
Liaison between client and team regarding status, scope change, hold points, etc.
Develop specific quotations for repair work scopes with associated detailed costs and claim for extra work.
Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers.
Support and maintain Lean implementation projects.
Closely monitor ongoing job-costs, with focus on cost actual versus quote/estimate.
Perform contract review including Terms & Conditions per policy.
Prepare and issue instructions for inspection and repair scopes referencing all appropriate repair and factory technical specifications.
Prepare and issue invoices and all claims process till payment effected
Collaborate with technical specialists and QA manager to ensure that all jobs are completed within job specific or general quality guidelines and assurances.
Position requires +/- 30% Travel
Customer specification intimacy.
Project Budget ownership.
Control of Master Document Lists.
Create and maintain a project schedule that meets the customer specifications.
Coordinate for the additional project resources for project execution.
Schedule project kickoff meeting.
Continuous customer updates and communications.
Coordinate weekly project update meetings.
Provide any specific quality specifications.
Advise Procurement of long lead purchases and any component or equipment that is critical path.
Provide progress reports as required.
Maintain a log of project questions/issues raised by internal team members or client.
Budget reports, weekly update.
SO Status Reports to identify equipment deliverable.
Shop package routing.
Project Close outs.
