Site Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven site manager to join our company. In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for our company and be expected to liaise between crew members and upper management. The candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.
JOB Description:
*Responsible for the co-ordination and control of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client.

Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.
Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.
Regular monitoring and liaison with the Project Manager on the project execution plan.
Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource are available on site or utilizing the agreed agency list.
Carry out tool box, HSE and quality briefings to the site teams and sub-contractors.
Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff
Requisition all materials, and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Proven experience in preparing method of Statements, implementing and supervising high quality finishing works.
Must have previous experience in measuring and preparing as-built drawings.
To be present at the project site full time during the project implementation period.
Must be a resident of Zuwara or Zawiyah (areas near the place of implementation of the project).
Send daily, weekly and monthly reports and work procedures to the project manager.
Pay attention to coordination with the client requirements and checking it with agreed sow.
Supervising the project site.
Checking and updating the project in regard to materials quantities required available and required at site.
Update the project schedule
Experience in reading and implementing plans and specifications.
Experience in managing and implementing health and safety plan.

Qualifications

15 years of professional experience in the field of oil or Government sector.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
High-level of computer literacy and proven capacity to write activity reports.
Experience working with Programs like Excel – MS Project – Word – Auto CAD.
