POSITION TITLE: 1 x Warehouse Keeper/ Supervisor

REPORT TO: Parts Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support counter salesmen with their selling activities.
Assist Parts Manager with instigation and implementation of parts promotional campaigns
Assist Parts Manager with the identification of slow moving and ‘dead’ stock and in initiating and executing activities to reduce this to a minimum
Assist and train salesman in the execution of their duties
Ensure salesmen are familiar with, and have appropriate documents to support current promotions and have been trained to meet their sales targets
Report any out of line situation to immediate manager and provide enough details to assist the manager in taking corrective action
Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager

Qualifications and Skills:

Computer literate
Ability to speak and understand English language
Experience in auto parts sales
Must be a dynamic and self-motivated individual
Knowledge of Auto parts
Be professional
Be passionate about sales
Have customer service experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good selling skills
