Brief Description: We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to 15 or more junior staff members. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially around end-of-month deadlines. Responsibilities Qualifications and Education Requirements Culture Building (Agile): WORKING HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK • The Employee shall adhere to the working hours applicable in the Company, and shall devote all the time necessary for the proper performance of assigned duties. • From the time the Employee takes up the assigned duties in accordance with this Contract, the place of work shall be at Tripoli & Benghazi Libya. • However, it is agreed that for reasons relating to the organization and the efficient operation of the Company, the Employee may be called upon to change the place of work at the request of the Company. • The Employee will be informed of any such decision at least one month in advance. • The Employee may be called upon to travel outside Libya from time to time, in the fulfilment of assigned duties. • The Employee may be called upon to travel within Libya and abroad for the requirements of the Employee’s work.
