Primary Health Care (PHC) Pilot Implementation Coordinator - Pragma

Purpose
The Primary Health Care (PHC) Pilot Implementation Coordinator for the Primary Health Care (PHC) sector under LPFM will support the LPFM PHC Advisor by providing overall support and technical assistance to ensure the pilot implementation plans are effectively completed and delivered. He will coordinate PHC pilot municipalities, the Ministry of Health, and any other relevant stakeholders.  The position is based in Tripoli.
Specific Activities
Under the direct supervision of LPFM’s PHC Advisor, and the overall supervision of the Chief of Party (COP), the PHC Pilot Implementation Coordinator will provide technical assistance as follows:

Assist LPFM in its efforts to advance the decentralization of PHC services and the improvement in the delivery of PHC to the public in LPFM pilot municipalities;
Contribute to LPFM’s development of the medium-term expenditure framework (MTEFs) for PHC related pilot municipalities;
Perform such other duties as may be assigned by LPFM’s PHC Advisor and Chief of Party.
