SWM Pilot Implementation Coordinator - Pragma

Purpose
The Pilot Implementation Coordinator for the Solid Waste Management (SWM) sector under the PFM Component of LPFM will help develop pilot implementation plans supporting the implementation of the SWM sector strategy. The position is based in Tripoli.
Specific Activities
Under the direct supervision of the LPFM SWM Service Delivery Advisor, and overall supervision of LPFM COP, the SWMP Pilot Implementation Coordinator will:

Support LPFM efforts to advance the decentralization/improvement of SWM service delivery in LPFM pilot municipalities;
Contribute to the development of Medium-Term Expenditure Frameworks (MTEFs) for SWM pilot municipalities;
Perform such other duties as may be assigned by LPFM’s Advisor and COP.
